before 14:00 hrs on Sunday October 08th 2005 at “Kas di Regatta”.
Late entries are subject to a US$.15.00 late entry charge.

I hereby agree that The Bonaire Sailing Foundation and any other party involved in the organization and conduct of the Bonaire International Sailing Regatta disclaims any liability for personal injury, personal or material damage whatsoever, sustained prior to, during or after the Bonaire International Sailing Regatta. Your entry in the Bonaire International Sailing Regatta will constitute a declaration ofacceptance of all disclaimers made by the regatta.

Further I agree to be bound by the ISAF, the class rules and the Sailing Instructions of the 38th Bonaire International Sailing Regatta organized by the BSAF.
